Welcome to Digital Mindster ("Platform"), a digital marketing education platform operated by Supreme and Beyond, a legal entity of Mohammed Baleeq Ahmed, with its principal place of business in Hyderabad, Telangana, India

"Live Session" means any scheduled Zoom or Google Meet session, including cohort classes, group coaching calls, or one-on-one strategy sessions.

"We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Supreme and Beyond, a legal entity of Mohammed Baleeq Ahmed, and the Digital Mindster platform

3. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years or above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access courses and membership benefits, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately at hello@baleeqahmed.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss arising from failure to safeguard your account credentials.

You may not share your account with any other person. Each enrolment is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials may result in immediate suspension of your account without refund.

5. Courses, Memberships, and Programmes

5.1 Course Access

Upon successful payment, Students receive lifetime access to purchased self-paced video modules and written materials. "Lifetime access" refers to the duration for which the Platform remains operational.

5.2 Membership Tiers

Digital Mindster offers three membership tiers , each providing access to different levels of content, live sessions, and community benefits. Specific inclusions for each tier are described on the relevant product pages at the time of purchase.

5.3 Live Sessions

Live sessions, including cohort classes, group coaching calls, and one-on-one strategy sessions (where applicable to your tier), are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. Session schedules will be communicated via email or through the student community on Telegram or WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to reschedule live sessions with reasonable notice. Missed live sessions are not automatically refunded; however, recordings may be shared at our discretion depending on the session type and tier.

5.4 Retreats and In-Person Events

In-person retreat experiences, where included in a Membership Tier, are subject to separate terms communicated at the time of booking, including travel, accommodation, and participation requirements.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is accepted via Razorpay, Stripe, and UPI or direct bank transfer. Prices are subject to change; the price applicable at the time of your purchase will be honoured.

Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), will be added to the stated price where required by Indian tax law. A receipt will be issued upon successful payment.

For Stripe payments, international transaction charges or currency conversion fees applied by your bank or card issuer are your responsibility.

7. Refund Policy

Given the digital nature of the content and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we acknowledge our obligations under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact hello@baleeqahmed.com. Note that some data may be retained for a period after deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Technical failure that prevents access to purchased content, which we are unable to resolve within 7 working days of a written complaint sent to hello@baleeqahmed.com.

Duplicate payment due to a processing error, evidenced by payment records.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, failure to use purchased content, dissatisfaction with learning outcomes, or inability to attend scheduled live sessions.

To request a refund, email hello@baleeqahmed.com within 7 days of the incident, with your order details and a description of the issue. All refund decisions are final.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including course videos, frameworks, templates, written materials, branding, and methodologies (including the Digital Mindster Method and Amanah Growth Architecture), is the exclusive intellectual property of Mohammed Baleeq Ahmed.

Students are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content solely for personal learning purposes. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content in any form.

Share login credentials or downloaded materials with third parties.

Use any content, framework, or methodology for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Record, screenshot, or capture live sessions without explicit written permission.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

9. Community Guidelines

Students with community access (via Telegram or WhatsApp) agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The following are prohibited:

Spam, self-promotion, or solicitation without permission.

Sharing of course materials within or outside the community.

Abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communication.

Sharing of misinformation or unverified claims.

We reserve the right to remove any Student from the community without notice or refund for breach of these guidelines.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We built Digital Mindster to give you the most practical, honest marketing education we can. Everything we teach is grounded in real experience and designed to help you grow. That said, results depend on many factors beyond our control your business, your market, your execution and we want to be transparent about where our responsibility begins and ends.

10.1 Educational and Advisory Nature: Our courses, coaching, and live sessions are designed to educate and guide. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or business advice. How you apply what you learn is entirely your decision, and the outcomes rest with you.

10.2 Business and Financial Outcomes: We genuinely want you to succeed. However, we cannot be held responsible for loss of revenue, profit, business opportunities, or financial outcomes arising from the application of strategies, frameworks, or guidance shared through the Platform. The results you achieve are shaped by your own efforts, decisions, and circumstances.

10.3 Indirect and Consequential Damages: To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, anticipated savings, business interruption, or reputational impact.

10.4 Service Availability: We work hard to keep the Platform running smoothly. Occasional interruptions due to maintenance, third-party outages, or technical issues beyond our control will not give rise to a claim against us, though we will always communicate disruptions promptly.

10.5 Our Liability Cap: Where liability cannot be excluded under Indian law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

10.6 Testimonials and Success Stories: Where a Student achieves measurable results through the application of strategies or frameworks taught on the Platform, Supreme and Beyond reserves the right to reference such outcomes for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes, subject to the Student's prior written consent. No personally identifiable information will be shared without explicit permission.

11. Modifications to Terms and Platform

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We also reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update course content, membership benefits, or platform features at any time. Material changes to a purchased product will be communicated via email.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
